Our home has been COMPLETELY remodeled top-to-toe in August, 2016 and custom furnished with top of the line furnishings throughout and features all of the amenities of a personal residence. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. A true entertainer’s home - with fully equipped bar area, open dining area that lends itself to both formal and casual entertainment, TV’s in all rooms and Premium Cable that includes HBO, Showtime, and Sports Package, plus, High-Speed Internet and WIFI.

The Master Suite: Luxurious king bed , mounted 40” SmartTV with WiFi capabilities, large mirrored closet, ensuite bath and direct access to the back patio.

The Master Bath: Large shower and seat, dual sinks, lots of storage, second closet with full mirror.

Bedroom #2: Two twin beds convertible to a king. 32” TV, ensuite bath, built-in desk and bookcases and a large mirrored closet w/ extra chest of drawers.

Bath #2: Beautifully remodeled with dual sinks, incredible storage, walk-in shower w/ built-in seat.

Living Room: Large, sofa-sectional w/ chaise and full-size sleeper, bar, 55" SmartTV w/ full cable access and premium channels.

Dining Room: Beautiful, 60" round glass-top table and four black alligator leather chairs, credenza, and additional seating at the bar. Beautiful pendant lighting and chandelier.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, Quartzite counters, SS Appliances, open-air feel, pantry, electric range, dishwasher, microwave and large island with additional seating and special lighting.

Patio: Access off the living room and master bedroom offer views overlooking the golf course and the magnificent mountains to the west and north. A flip of the switch lowers the awning, and lounge chairs and side tables allow for an evening of relaxation and great conversations!

Front Courtyard: The enclosed courtyard allows for maximum privacy. Gas BB-Q, patio dining table and chairs and a fire pit for those cool evenings we all love.

Garage: Two-car detached garage AND -for a small fee- access to a fabulous 4-seater, street-legal golf cart, to REALLY enjoy the experience!

Great property, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2BR property. Little thoughtful touches in the kitchen such as glad bags, baggies, spices, lots of utensils were really appreciated. The overall interior is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Linda was fabulous to communicate with and promptly was available if there was an issue to be dealt with. Don't miss out if you're in the desert area on staying here.

Wonderful trip to the desert

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Palm Valley Country club in this beautiful home on Daffodil way. The home was beautifully appointed. The check in process was easy. We loved how close the home was to the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Immaculate, spacious, private, with all the comforts of home - this property surpassed our expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the heated pool and hot tub are just steps away. Linda was very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to return!

Awesome accommodations

This was one of the nicest vacation homes I’ve rented. The condo was beautiful and clean, with comfortable furniture both inside and on the patios. The extra touches, such as a pansy pot on the courtyard table, shower toiletries, and kitchen supplies show the care and pride the owner takes in making the guests feel welcome. The neighbors were friendly, the pool only steps away, and the location of Palm Valley Country Club made it easy to visit points of interest, shops and restaurants. In addition, any questions I had were promptly responded to by the owner.

We just spent a ten day holiday staying at this condo. It was very comfortable and we were so happy that it was as good as the pictures looked! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, we felt right at home. Linda, the owner met us there and she was so welcoming and showed us everything in the condo which was great. The last couple of times we rented in Palm Desert the homes were disappointing so we were hesitant to try again but this experience was wonderful!! We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Holiday Getaway!

We had a lovely stay in Palm Desert over the Christmas and New Years holidays. Linda is an incredibly kind and generous host. Our stay was during the CA shutdown due to COVID19, and Linda was very flexible and accommodating in helping us to have a wonderful holiday break during an otherwise difficult year. Thank, Linda! The house is lovely and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation with both indoor and outdoor living areas. Supplies are well stocked, and the community is quiet and peaceful. Because of COVID, we ate all of our meals at the house and having the grill, good kitchen equipment and outdoor eating options was great. The house is close to Joshua Tree NP and other great hiking, making it easy to get out and explore the area. Highly recommend staying at this home!

Fantastic condo in Palm Desert

My family of 4 spent a week in this excellent condo at the Palm Valley Country Club. The condo was clean and fully-stocked with everything we needed during our trip. The condo is in a convenient location on the 18th fairway of one of the golf courses on the property and is a few condos away from a satellite pool and hot tub. So convenient! We enjoyed using the golf cart to get around the property.The condo includes access to the main resort pool, golf driving range, short game practice area and putting green, but does not include access to the golf courses, gym, or tennis / pickleball. This was fine for my family, because we played golf elsewhere and were able to use the practice facilities at PVCC.We loved our stay and would definitely return, but a few things to be aware of: the mattress in the main bedroom is extremely soft (I prefer a much firmer mattress), the condo is on an active golf course, so if you have the sliding doors open in the master bedroom or living area you will hear groundskeeper and golfer activity. The weather was amazing when we stayed and we never once turned on AC or heat and just opened the sliding doors. No golf course or gym access.In addition to being a great condo, Linda was a fantastic host. Great communication! Thank you!

Beautiful Property

We stayed from Thursday to Monday- and when it came down to checking out; I didn’t want to leave! Our host was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The home was gorgeous and VERY clean. Thank you for sharing your lovely property and allowing us to stay. Would definitely return!!

Quiet and Relaxing

We had everything we needed for a great week at our disposal. There are 48 pools on the property and we went to at least 15 of them over the course of the week thanks to the golf cart at the condo. Close to shopping, restaurants, and many of the top courses in the area. One of the best neighborhoods in the valley. Check in/out was seamless and Linda made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back!

PVCC Utopia

This home was immaculate & welcoming! There was everything anyone could need & a great kitchen. I loved the openness of the kitchen/dining/living area. The outside entrance was a wonderful area to relax. Our hosts kept in touch & were available for questions. We hope to be back!

What a fabulous place to stay in Palm Desert with numerous ammenities including the use of a golf cart to get around the complex and neighbourhood. I hate to rave too much as we might not be able to rebook! Linda was a great host and very prompt with responses as we worked out the nuances of her place that were not already covered in her instructions. We felt very comfortable with everything in this condo, more space then we needed but really appreciated the effort she put in to making her guests welcome. Home has been recently update, everything was new and unit was spotless, conveniently located in Palm Valley CC. The Walden's were wonderful hosts checking in to make sure everything was to my expectation. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Palm Desert.

My overall experience of this rental property would be a 10/10!!! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean and modern the interior was. From the furniture to the newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and the extremely comfy beds, this place has it all! The owner of the property, Linda was the sweetest, most accommodating host. She was very hospitable and let us know that we could contact her any time if we needed anything. She even stocked the refrigerator with a beer, cookies, and a fruit and vegetable tray!! While the temperatures were rising in to the later morning, I found the nearby pool and jacuzzi very convenient (only two condos away)! My guests and I were so happy we found this place and hope to return again next year for our annual vacation! Thank you so much Linda and Tom for letting us stay at your lovely home:) I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants the perfect vacation home!!
