We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location, walking distance to everything in town. The house was so clean and stocked with all essentials.

The location of the house is on a rather busy road and traffic corner. Traffic started by 5am and continued until after 10pm. This included semi]s, buses, vans, diesel trucks with trailers. All in all, not quiet or peaceful. Traffic has increased since our first stay a few years ago. The back deck is in a great location but is worn, the floor boards splintered in spots. One needs to wear shoes on the deck. The master bedroom king bed has a support that lifts the center of the mattress and creates a ridge in the middle of the bed. Cooking was harder than during the last visit, as there are limited pots/pans and few mixing/serving bowls. Overall, a nice safe place to stay in BV, just know what you are going to experience.

Lyndal, thanks for your review. The town has 2 big concert weekends per year. We're sorry you booked your stay during one of those weeks, which is what the additional traffic concerns were attributed to. We have the same pots, mixing bowls dishes, etc as the last time you stayed. Numerous guests comment how well equipped the place is.
