True UP experience awaits you in this comfortable and cozy lakefront home

Unwind in this Upper Peninsula house located conveniently between Manistique and Munising. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, this enchanting property also features 2 bathrooms with a shower and a jetted bathtub. Main level of house has living area, 2 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. The walkout lower level has living area, one bedroom, full bath, and sauna. The lower level living room space offers a cozy queen bed for extra guests. The house is one of only three homes located on Lily Lake. The rest of the lake is owned by forestry service. The home is located close to many of the great ATV/snowmobile trails located in the UP. We are in the snow belt so an excellent choice for snowmobilers. Phenomenal amenities like a hair dryer, heating, indoor sauna and AC ensure a comfortable stay. This is home was rented by previous owners with all 5 star reviews. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

We live in the lower peninsula and we love to spend time in the outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a place that we could unwind and getaway. The first time that we saw this house we knew it was the one. It had a great feeling to it when we walked in. It's close enough to Munising to not have to drive very far when you need anything but far enough away that you can feel like you are by yourself. It's very close to a lot of trails and things to do.

What makes this property unique

The view from the house out to the lake is one of the things that attracted us to this property.
