Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
TIDY UP: leave the space in reasonable condition. You don't need to strip the beds.
DISHES: wash used dishes and load and run the dishwasher
POWER & AC: Turn off all lights, appliances, thermostat
TRASH: place all trash and recycling in the designated bins
LETS US KNOW IF ANYTHING NEEDS ATTENTION OR WAS DAMAGED SO WE CAN FIX IT FOR FUTURE GUESTS
KEYS: leave the keys/fob in the lockbox (or on counter if instructed)
LOCKUP: make sure all doors a& windows are closed & locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
