The house is accessible via our private driveway, building material is stone, and finished with wood imported from Switzerland. It consists of two floors, with the lower floor (140 m2 partly basement) mainly serving as a sleeping and sauna area. Both floors have both a private entrance and a shared one, and connected via a spacious entrance / staircase portal.
Residential floor 160m2 has a spacious master bedroom with a classic office furniture, linen cupboards, private access to balcony, and separate luxury bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. This bathroom also has underfloor heating.
Living room with open kitchen has a beautiful fireplace with wall heating and a fully equipped Miele kitchen. Also this is partly underfloor heating.
The living room is equipped with both substances and leather armchairs, and very tastefully furnished in terms of furniture and wall paneling.
She has a perfect stereo, 32-inch flat screen HD satellite TV with o. M. Dutch channel package, Internet Router with Wifi and extensive library.
Via an existing Android system you also have access to various feature films and popular series and almost all other foreign channels.
The living room has a spacious balcony with seating and a beautiful view over the village and village valley.
Right side living room has access to a partly covered terrace of the garden which is equipped with natural stone various seating and dining options, and patio heating. To the left, there is next to the house a second terrace also feature seating and dining table.
The ground floor is accessible via the common hall / entrance through the side of the house as well as through the front of the house.
In both cases you'll arrive through a vestibule in the first downstairs bedroom where a 2 person bed and linen closet is located. This bedroom has a private bath with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, which can also be used after sauna use for cooling / flushing.

This bedroom is connected to a private room with washer and dryer is an extra fridge-freezer. From this room you enter the 3rd bathroom with shower unit, toilet and bath which can also be used as shower.
The garden side has a fenced lawn suitable for dogs (1100 m2). Through the garden you reach a forest trail which connects to several other trails. In the winter this part of the ski slope and connect Ritzhagen Slope with Sonnenhang Slope. You can even skiing reach the rear terrace. The Ritzhagenpiste with chair lift can also be reached on skis from the beginning of our driveway.
The high location of the house you can enjoy almost the entire day in the sun.
