This is a stunning large Studio with private (totally fenced) backyard into a Art-Déco Historical exBoutique-Hotel, 1 block to the beach.
Blue Flamingo Suites is newly renovated. It's a fine art-déco style gem, steps to the beach. It was a boutique-hotel for years, than abandoned. It was restored to its former glory in September 2025 and is now ready to welcome new guests!

ATTENTION: The property has a centralized A/C system. The temperature is FIXED at 73 °F - 23 °C. You can open or closed the air vent inside the rooms

✔ Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
