Welcome to the Macpack Hideaway!

This is a beautiful 5 bed 4 bath cabin tucked away in the woods. It has that rustic, cabin-y feel but with all the modern amenities including high speed internet.

On the main floor you'll find a large living area with floor to ceiling windows, a stone gas fire place, and a 55 inch smart TV w/blu ray. TV entertainment is provided by Roku devices/smart TVs that have a subscription to HULU and Disney +. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal - you'll just need to bring the food! The main floor master suite includes a pillow top queen bed, large closet, 48 inch TV w/DVD and a walk-in shower. There are also 2 sets of washers and dryers, a mud room, and a full guest bathroom on the main floor.

The upstairs level includes a large loft sitting area with sofas and a 48 inch TV w/dvd, and 2 bedrooms - each with queen beds, a full bath, and a fun kiddie loft that your littles will love playing in.

The basement has a large living area with leather couches, 55 inch TV w/blu ray, Pool table, Foosball table, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. In total, the 2 basement bedrooms include 4 queen beds and a twin bunk bed.

**The cabin is professionally cleaned after every stay.

Outside you'll find yourself surrounded by tall beautiful trees You can enjoy the scenery on the large surround porch that is equipped with a grill and picnic table. Take in the starry night sky as you roast marshmallows over the fire pit or relax in the Jacuzzi.

The cabin is conveniently located just one mile from Highway 20 and close to a grocery market, gas station, and restaurants. If you're planning on visiting Yellowstone National Park during your stay, the West Entrance is just 20 minutes up the road!

Other activities in Island Park include snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, ATVing, floating the river, fly fishing, cycling and much more!

We loved our stay at this property. The kitchen had everything we could need in terms of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Our family fit comfortably and there was plenty of room for everyone to both have space and be able to do things together. It was a beautiful area. The hot tub worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family planned a visit to Yellowstone & this was one of the suggested cabins that would be able to accommodate our big family.The youngest child in our family was so impressed asking how I found this place for us to stay in & was thanking me already on the first day. The cabin is very spacious, clean, well stocked for the staple necessities. Beds were spacious & comfy with multiple pillows & more extra pillows & blankets if needed.Kitchen is well lit & had what one would need to prepare and cook meals. Bathrooms had heaters & water heated very quickly so no need to waste water while waiting for it to warm up. Lots of extra towels, holder & hooks to hang them up.Jacuzzi was one of the amenities some of our family enjoyed using. Separate big towels were provided as well.Game room was very spacious & our children enjoyed speding time together here. Board games are also provided which they also used during quiet times and still spend time together. We loved the little room in the attic which was a surprise to all of us.Our hosts were welcoming; attentive with their communication & answered our questions very clearly. They even gave us tips and suggestions in their welcome packet. They gave us the assurance we needed as first time renters.We would definitely recommend this cabin to familes who would come here for vacations and visits.Thank you to the Mackpack!

Hideaway in the woods

Loved the bedroom set up. Lots of space for everyone. The dual washers and dryers were a bonus. The large table seated everyone, so nice to share our meals together. Amazing time was had by all.

Great cabin in the woods

Our two families of 4 (8 total) had a great stay here. The cabin was very spacious with plenty of beds. We loved that it was a quick 25 minute drive to the West Yellowstone entrance. We would definitely recommend the cabin for your stay!

Traveled with our family of 10 plus a 4 mo old baby to see Yellowstone for the first time and The MACPACK was everything we expected and even more. There was plenty of room for being together for dinner, fire pit area, and games in the basement. The whole cabin was clean and in great working order. Hot tub was well used. We had plenty of kitchen ware to cook several large meals….which was one of our favorite things to do. The left behind items(condiments, spices, etc) by previous guests saved us quite a bit of money at the store and we returned the favor to the next group of guests. The bedrooms, all 5, were spacious with ample closet space for 8 days of clothes. We used the washers and dryers daily, especially after long hikes. The cabin had that rustic feel and the many wooden bears were a big hit. Even though there were other cabins right next to us, you had a wooded feel due to the many pines that shielded sight and sound…..never heard anyone else. Dustin was great to deal with. He answered my questions and was quick to respond on a minor issue. They provided a very clear binder of info….which we used their recommendations. I sat on their front porch, drinking an old-fashioned, holding my grandson, and watched my kids and their spouses around the fire and it was a perfect moment on vacation. Thank you!
