Unit is very nice and well maintained. Condo had everything you would need. The balcony is very spacious and has nice furniture outside to enjoy the beautiful sunset each night.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Ample closet space with hangers. The walk-in showers are a plus. The deck has a beautiful gulf view and is large enough to fit 9 people. Some of the outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and needs repairs or replacement. Overall, a wonderful experience in Redington Beach.

110 La Contessa was everything we were looking for. The perfect stay for are vacation in Florida in December. The beach is literally outside so when it says beachside property it definitely is. The property was well equipped and well maintained for myself my husband and are 2 teenagers. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets dolphins playing in the water just some of the gorgeous views we had. The pool are and complex is well maintained by the property manager. We were sad to leave but there is always next time. I would recommend this property to families it has everything you would need.

Piece of paradise

This place was just amazing. Exactly as shown in the photo’s. The balcony is my new favorite place on earth. Renting proces was very smooth. Unit was well maintained and appliances all worked. Some of the things were not of the best quality, but sufficiënt. I would do the same if it were my rental. Mostly nice people in the building and QUIET! So nice! The fishing pier is a great bonus and wildlife all around to gaze at. Property manager on site a wonderfull guy and extremely helpfull. We would definitly come back if we get the opportunity!

Such an amazing Condo!

I love this place so much! The views are fabulous and we basically lived on the patio. It is a very large unit and it held my family so easily. I worked with itrip and Kevin and Abby were wonderful. Everything we needed was in the condo. Beds were comfortable and there was Top quality sheets (yes that stuff is important to me). we had an issue and the maintenance man at itrips came within an hour and fixed everything. Super nice guy! I will be returning in 2023.

Our stay was April 2021. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the pools, hot tub and beach. The property was just like the pictures we saw online. We loved it and have it reserved for April next year!!

Quiet beautiful beach view escape

Very nice building complex. Well built, well maintained. Very Quiet except for the sounds of the waves in which sounds wonderful .Condo nicely furnished, spacious, enough comfortable seating in living room. Linens, bath mats need updated. Had to buy blanket as comforters too heavy. Master bed headboard needs cleaned dirty! I cleaned glass sliding doors as very dirty. Blinds in guest bedroom taped with masking tape did not dare open. Bedroom carpets need shampooed. Housekeeping did not do a great job dusting or cleaning. Other than this great. Would probably rent again.

110 La Contessa

Lovely, furnished nicely, spacious, love the fact has 2 king beds. Could use a little tweaking. Kitchen cupboards need organizing get rid of so much stuff in cupboards. Linens, towels need attention. All shoved in closet in balls not folded. Have no idea if clean or dirty. Towels sheets a bit tacky. No blinds or drapes in master bedroom for privacy. Blinds in guest bedroom all taped together. Cannot use sliding door from master bedroom because large wooden rocker with table there that cannot be moved as locked and very heavy. Sliding door in living room to patio needs work as extremely hard to open and close. Something in the track not working right. Don't usually complain much but perhaps you should know. Nice complex. Pools very nice. This is our 7th year to rent with Itrip here in Clearwater area. Enjoy it as we have family and friends in area.

The condo could be so nice but generally there are/were a number of issues . Curtains .... either aren’t present or many don’t work . There are none on the beach side . Apparently people believe you can’t see through . At night you can see from one end of the condo to the other . So we need to use the master bedroom in total darkness at night to ensure some privacy . Facecloths and towels need refreshing . Any full sized vehicle will have trouble accessing the garage . You can’t turn to get out without leaving the door open and even then it is difficult . We aren’t using it at all , and it doesn’t have an opener to put in a vehicle .
