Open floor plan on first floor with huge kitchen gives you plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Community has outdoor pool! Perfect for families, couples, or friends on a getaway.

Wood fireplace will make cool evenings cozy — or visit in the winter and relax at your own pace.

Quick drive to beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping.
SADLY, WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WELCOME PETS. :-(

Primary Suite sleeps 2 with a King bed. Apple TV. Private bath with shower and balcony overlooking the bay. Watch the sunrise from bed!

Queen guest room sleeps 2 with Apple TV and balcony overlooking the bay

Open kitchen is fully equipped, with breakfast counter with seating.
Living/dining area with plenty of seating, wood fireplace opens to deck with gas grill and a beautiful bay view.

Please bring your own linen (sheets/pillowcases) and towels. We provide comforters and pillows.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The house was perfect and full of so many amenities. The views of the bay were spectacular especially the sunset from the king suite. Within minutes we could easily walk to 3 different restaurants. Mavi and Michael are great hosts.

Our 2nd Stay - Already looking forward to next year!

The owners are friendly, responsive and have thought of everything! The home is cozy and inviting. We loved sitting on the deck watching the bay, the birds and the boats. It’s the perfect spot to see the sun come up over Fenwick Island in the morning. I especially enjoyed the pool this year for a morning swim. The house is well stocked and if you rent linens to be delivered you need only bring your clothes and bathing suits!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fenwick Landing. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. It was quite large and the views were great from the master bedroom on the top floor. The kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook but it was also walking distance to a few restaurants and there are other places close by you could drive to. The best part was the hosts. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. They provided great recommendations and were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we needed!

My family and I had a phenomenal stay! We so loved the balconies on each level and my husband and I loved waking up to the sunrise every morning (but the black-out- blinds were awesome too if early morning rising isn’t your thing!).The location was perfect - not too far from the fun of Ocean City, but isolated enough to feel at peace and relax away from the crowds. We enjoyed several close by restaurants & only a 1 mile walk from the beach. The beds were so comfy and the kayaks were so fun to use. The hosts were so kind, accessible, & communicative when there was a WiFi outtage or even potential weather or travel issues. We truly had the perfect restful week together as a family and hope to come back next year!

Beautiful Rental and Extraordinary Hospitality

Beautifully furnished rental, with lots of hospitable gestures by the owners. The view is spectacular and there is good fishing a short paddle away at the current seams. The hosts were great communicators and were very yuck in responding to texts. They even kept us informed of when to expect internet service to be restored. We found kayaks were difficult to launch from the bulkhead when it was not near high tide. If there was any kind of ladder or common dock for community, we didn’t find it. But we may have missed it, because we didn’t ask. This is our only constructive feedback. We had a wonderful experience here!

Perfect VRBO experience!

We had an amazing stay at this waterfront property! The owners were so lovely, communicative, and helpful. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals over the years and this was the best one we've ever experienced. It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and in a lovely location. We are planning to bring my mother and our 5 year old daughter back soon! We stayed for 4 nights and on two of those nights we were actually able to walk to dinner at the nearby restaurants (Harpoon Hannah's and Papa Grande's. There's nothing quite as lovely as having margaritas or cocktails at a waterfront restaurant, being able to walk home, and then enjoy one of the 3 waterfront balconies in the house. The hosts left so much helpful information about the local area in a binder that was much appreciated! The owners clearly care deeply for this property and their renters. It was our 10th anniversary and they left us a lovely card and bottle of wine. It was such a wonderful surprise! I cannot say enough good things about this property. Spend your whole time sitting on the outdoor chairs, watching the local heron catch fish, the sunrise, and the gorgeous scenery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Go ahead and book this house if you are trying to weigh your options. You will love it!

We love to travel and have found that our most fondest memories occurred when we lived like locals.

Why they chose this property

After a vacation in the area, we fell in love not only with Fenwick Island, but Fenwick Landing in particular. We were thrilled to learn that a home was available at just the time we had decided to take the plunge and become owners. Our work schedules make summer visits are difficult, so inviting guests to share in the beauty of Fenwick is perfect solution.

What makes this property unique

I love that we have the quiet of the bay on our doorstep and the thrum of the beach in short walking distance. The design is such that when you're on the deck, you feel like you're the only person there, but you're just a peek around the corner from neighbors to kick back with. The first time I walked into this home I could feel my whole self relax. The community has a pool and we are just a short walk from restaurants and jet ski, kayak, and other water rentals. Be as close to the action or as secluded as you desire.
