This lushly landscaped property includes two spacious porches (the upper porch is screened), a gas grill for cookouts on beautiful summer days, and easy beach access on a public path that leads directly to the sand about 400 yards away.

Folly Beach is a mecca for fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, and boating, and you'll have easy access to it all with the beach a short stroll away. Center Street and its many shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational outfitters is less than half a mile east as well. If you're interested in exploring the region's rich history and renowned cuisine, you'll be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston.
