We live just a few miles from Philomath and our 3 young children attend school here! We love this area and want you to love it too. We have passion for doing our very best!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet and most days you’ll have turkeys wandering through the neighborhood. It is away from the bustle but close to the hustle. Only 7 minutes to OSO, and 50 minutes to the coast. Within 30 minutes you’ll find hiking trails, world class mountain biking, and fancy vineyards. In town there are some great restaurants, and a beautiful downtown. Bike or drive to Oregon State University, or just hang out at home and read, enjoy the deck, or play some games in the arcade garage.
