The space

The space
This brand-new luxury flat is set on the 24th floor of a high-rise in the heart of downtown Miami. Inside, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, with fresh linens, a modern rain shower, and thoughtful details that make longer stays feel effortless. Large windows frame city skyline views, while central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a CALIFORNIA KING BED dressed in crisp linens, creating a restful place to recharge. In the living area, a QUEEN SOFA BED offers an additional sleeping option, along with a pull-up queen sofa bed tucked into a storage chaise, prepared with fresh pillows and linens. An air mattress is available upon request for added flexibility. The layout is designed to accommodate up to four guests while maintaining a relaxed, uncluttered feel.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a contemporary rain shower and essential bathroom amenities, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. Plush towels and fresh bed linens are provided for your stay.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner in. The dining area offers a comfortable spot to gather, plan the day, or enjoy takeout from one of the nearby restaurants.

The free Metro Mover stops right outside the building, offering seamless access throughout downtown and Brickell. With building staff available around the clock and self check-in, arrivals and departures are smooth at any hour.

An in-unit laundry, luggage dropoff, and long-term stays allowed make this home base well suited for both short visits and extended stays. Other things to note
Parking:

One parking spot is available at a nearby garage just half a block from the building, for an additional parking fee of $15 per night. A key card granting access to this garage is provided upon check-in. If your group requires more than one vehicle, the same garage offers additional parking at their standard rates. To reserve the included spot for your stay, please message us before or upon booking so we can confirm availability and add the fee to your reservation.



House rules:

This is a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, no-weed, no-party property. If these rules are broken, guests will be subject to fees of $500 or more.

If you need to smoke, you can safely do so outside of the building on the street.

Check-in time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available with a fee!

If flying into Miami International, you can take the Miami Metro system directly to the First Street Metro Mover station at the entrance of the building, all for just $2.25!
