Escape to our 2000 sqft spacious mountain retreat in the Olympic Forest, just minutes from Lake Crescent, Sol Duc River, the iconic Kloshe Nanitch Lookout. Enjoy stunning ridge line views, a cozy fire pit, and plenty of room for friends, with one king bed, one queen bed, comfy sofas for sleeping, and two bathrooms. Perfect for a peaceful getaway or outdoor adventure, this home offers comfort and nature in one beautiful setting.

Property Details

Our home is set up to be comfy and welcoming for everyone. The master bedroom has a king bed, and down the hall you’ll find a queen bed. Both rooms have extra blankets (including weighted ones for extra coziness). In the living room, you can turn the sectional into a large sofa bed—bedding is right next to the TV, along with pads to keep the ottoman in place. There’s also bedding for the orange sofa by the wood-burning stove.

Feel free to wander the little trails around the property and take a short walk south to the Sol Duc River. Just a heads-up: please stick to the main house, since the other buildings are off-limits.

While you’re here, we’d love for you to sign our guest book, check the Wi-Fi password on the black-and-white letter board, and look through the printed/digital guidebook waiting for you. You’ll also find a a polaroid camera and disposable camera—snap a photo or two on each to add to our memory project! It’s our way of celebrating the special moments created here and the importance of safe, cozy spaces.

My family moved to the Olympic National Forest when I was very young. This was my father’s favorite place in the world. The best part of being here is the proximity to hikes, the Olympic Discovery Trail, Lake Crescent, and the Sol Duc River.
