We’re a family who loves creating spaces that feel like home — warm, comfortable, and full of personality. We live nearby in Powell and take pride in keeping Oasis on Oak spotless, functional, and stocked with all the small touches we appreciate when we travel. We’ve poured our hearts into renovating this home from top to bottom and love sharing it with guests who appreciate good design and great hospitality.
Why they chose this property
Downtown Delaware is one of those rare places that still feels like a true community. We love being within walking distance to the historic district — where you can grab coffee at local cafés, check out boutiques, and enjoy the farmers market on Saturdays. It’s peaceful yet close to everything — Ohio Wesleyan University, breweries, restaurants, and only a short drive to Columbus, Dublin, and Powell. The tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and small-town charm make this area one of our favorites.
