Enjoy a private Naples vacation home on 2.5 acres, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and outdoor space for family vacations and relaxed getaways.

PRIVATE POOL, SPA & OUTDOOR LIVING
Spend your days by the saltwater pool and attached spa, play pickleball or basketball on the private sport court, or unwind in a hammock. The tiki cabana includes an outdoor kitchen and barbecue for meals together. A children’s playground, lawn, outdoor dining area and fire-pit lounge offer more ways to enjoy the grounds. Optional pool and spa heating is $300 per stay, not per night. Request it at least 72 hours before arrival; availability must be confirmed and heating performance depends on weather.

SPACE TO SETTLE IN
The open living area has a comfortable sectional, smart TV and board games. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, Nespresso machine and Ninja blender, then gather at the dining table or outdoors. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms provide room to spread out. Wi-Fi and a dedicated office support longer stays, and on-site parking and an EV charger add convenience. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available.

PRIVATE ACCESS & IMPORTANT DETAILS
Enjoy exclusive access to the home and its private outdoor spaces with smart-lock self check-in. The property uses natural well water. A removable pool fence is available; children require active adult supervision around water and sports equipment. Exterior security cameras monitor the property; there are no interior cameras. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Please review the listing’s current house rules before booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable $500 security deposit is managed through Hospitable for eligible new reservations. Secure guest-portal instructions are provided after booking. The deposit is scheduled to be secured 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout if no charge request is submitted. Bank processing time may vary. Existing reservations retain their confirmed payment and deposit terms.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great for the kids, and we spent a lot of time on the Pickleball court too. The playground was a nice bonus, and the beds were super comfortable, perfect spot for a family trip. We will definitely stay again.

I can’t recommend this house enough!!! It was beautifully laid out, comfortable and very clean. The pool was fantastic, spotless and perfectly heated, so we were able to swim even in the middle of January! The amenities and yard were perfect for the whole family to relax, spread out, and play. It’s the ideal family retreat, just minutes from everything in Naples. We will definitely be coming back!
