This brand new 1 bed/1 bath is perfect for couples, friends and all outdoor enthusiasts. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom.

A mini kitchenette allows for food storage and prep. Kick your feet up and have a movie night with our HDTVs.

No pets are allowed in this unit.

Conveniently Located Moab Space

Clean, well put together modern space. Great as a launch pad to explore the Moab/S. Utah area. I've stayed here multiple times and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and conveniently located space!

The location is nice and easy to walk to downtown. The furniture isn’t the most comfortable, especially the the bed.

Great stay with a great location

This is an efficiency property close to town. Kitchen has only bare essentials of microwave, toaster, small fridge, and pod coffee maker. Our stay was pleasant with all the necessary amenities. Even though it was multi unit, we never heard the neighbors even though it appear that all units were rented. We appreciated the no contact check in and check out. Over all a great little stay only blocks away from Moab downtown. Would stay here again given the opportunity.

Loved the BBQ around the corner

Great spot in town. Next to bicycle rentals and a great BBQ joint around the corner that you can walk to. Arches National Park was amazing. Can't wait to go back

Slot canyon unit c...

Great little unit, clean and well appointed in a fantastic location. Quiet but close to down town Moab. Parking is tight, but plenty of on street parking. My only complaint is that there is no bike storage whatsoever. We are in Moab, a biking Mecca! I guess I expect that bike storage is a given. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here for your Moab stay!

Convenience & comfort at the same time.

Had a wonderful stay! Very comfortable, spacious, and clean place! The place is walking distance from downtown and restaurants. There is a bike shop next door if you wish to rent a bike for around town or trails. Would recommend it to couples or friends.

This was a good stay. We enjoyed the location, in proximity to downtown, but there were a few concerns. First off, the listing says that a hot tub is included, which is not the case. Second, the couch is super uncomfortable.

Moab Condo -unit C

Very clean, 1 & 1/2 blocks off main st within walking distance. Very convenient location, cute and well set up. Many extras like paper towels, tp, lotions, shampoos, etc. would recommend this unit to others and stay again.

Beautiful modern place!

My wife and I loved this place! We wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. This place looks completely new and was SO clean. It was also is an awesome location - SO close to all the shops and restaurants. (My only issue was that we had to print out and sign a document after we booked it on Vrbo, then scan and email it back to the management group. I don't have a problem with signing a document, but it should at least be an electronic signature to make the process easier.) We will recommend this place to every single person who wants to visit Moab!

Great for long weekend in Moab!

Two of us stayed for two nights. Unit was very clean with modern, well-maintained furnishings and finishes. Very walkable to Moab restaurants and shops. We enjoyed hiking in Arches and mountain biking at Dead Horse.

Super Clean and Quiet Unit - Convenient to access property as well as Main St.

Would have given a 5 star but for the low pressure shower head...unit has adequate power outlets and nicely designed for a clean, easily-accessible, conveniently-located, comfortable place to sleep. There were two of us staying here. When in Moab, play outdoors. The unit is designed with this in mind. Transaction was easy and instructions for accessing the unit were provided immediately.

Basic accomodations...

This is a managed site; not an owner rental. Not that that makes a difference, but an owner wouldn't supply a bare unit like this. They mention pool/hot tub in the description... but there is none of that for this unit. Big surprise and big disappointment. There is a kitchen; but no cooking facilities. No stove/oven and not a single spatula, bread knife or bottle/wine opener. Towels were stained and had holes. There was a management fee that included cleaning, and then cleaning was added at the end. There was an extra tip envelope for the cleaning staff, but they didn't show up all week. The kicker was a detailed list of how we were to leave the unit cleaned; which we did. Overall, we did not fall in love with this place nor would we ever rent it again given the premium we paid for the "luxury" condo. This is really not a VRBO. It is ok for an overnight stay but not a vacation rental property.
