About Dreamstead
🏡 Outdoor Living
Step outside to your private mountain paradise. The wraparound porch offers multiple spots to unwind — fire up the grill, dine outdoors, or soak in the bubbling hot tub while soaking in sweeping mountain views. Wander down to the fire pit for stargazing and s’mores, surrounded by lush landscaping that blooms with dahlias, hydrangeas and lush grass underfoot (you`ll want to take your shoes off!). On the opposite side of the home, several apple trees invite you to pick a fresh snack in season - or share them with the cows next door! And coming late 2026, a peaceful pond beside the fire pit will complete this idyllic setting.
🏡 Living Room
Step into a bright, inviting space wrapped in rich knotty pine and filled with cozy mountain charm. A plush terracotta sectional offers plenty of room to relax, accented by a colorful rug and warm lighting. The rustic sliding barn door and open flow to the kitchen create a seamless mix of modern comfort and cabin character — the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the High Country.
🏡 Kitchen & Dining
A bright, open kitchen with knotty pine ceilings and crisp white cabinetry creates a space that feels both modern and cozy. Cook with ease using stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals. Enjoy breakfast at the bar with plush stools, or gather at the cheerful dining nook framed by large windows and views of the rolling pasture.
🏡 Primary Bedroom
Rest easy in the luxe king bedroom featuring crisp white shiplap walls, knotty pine ceilings, and warm wood floors. A vibrant mountain landscape adds a pop of color and personality, while modern sconces and soft linens create a calm, cozy atmosphere. This peaceful retreat connects conveniently to the bathroom and laundry area for added comfort and ease.
🏡 Daybed Nook
A cozy hideaway tucked just off the living area, this charming nook features a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle — perfect for kids, friends, or an afternoon nap. Surrounded by knotty pine walls and soft light filtering through cheerful curtains, it’s a warm and inviting spot to read, rest, or simply take in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
🏡 Bathroom & Laundry
A bright, beautifully designed space featuring a walk-in shower with subway tile & glass doors. The mint-green vanity and black fixtures add a modern touch, while natural wood details keep the mountain charm alive. A towel warmer and full-size washer and dryer make this space as functional as it is stylish — perfect for cozy mornings or refreshing after a day outdoors.
Guests have access to the entire home.
Please do not wander into the neighbor`s property (the driveway next door) or the cow pasture. You are welcome to feed apples to the cows from the Dreamstead side of the fence. Thank you!
4WD or AWD is required from November through April due to mountain terrain and winter weather conditions.
🚶♀️ Please note that the home is accessed by walking across a short area of soft grass from the parking spot — it’s beautifully maintained and adds to the property’s natural charm so go ahead and kick your shoes off right when you arrive! A dedicated path will be added in 2026.
🌿 A small pond beside the fire pit is also planned for 2026, creating an even more peaceful outdoor setting.
