We enjoyed the historic architecture and convention location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Finding the link for the code to the outside door and room was difficult at first, but I was able to call the number on the door and speak to someone that helped us out. Parking was a bit of an issue, but opening weekend of the mariners might have been the reason. We enjoyed it!
Darcy is very welcoming, and the room itself was wonderful. Loved the layout, and the street-facing windows have a great view.Close to several bus stops on 2nd and 3rd Ave. Walking distance to the ferry terminal and Pike Place Market. Not even two blocks from Pioneer Square Station. It had everything we needed.

I never heard from the host. I was supposed to get an email before checking in, but I never did. I had to talk to the bartender downstairs to get the code for the doors, etc.

Casa molto sporca.Mobili vecchi, rovinati e rotti.
We loved the location. We could walk to the waterfront and the baseball stadium (we planned to watch a Mariner’s game). It wasn’t too far to get to Pier 66 to board our cruise ship. We ate at the Merchant’s Cafe (our room was above it) and it was very good. We were there on a Saturday night so it was a bit noisy in front of the cafe with people talking loudly. We still got a good night’s sleep since the bedroom was in the back. The room was clean and had a comfortable couch and TV. The Keurig was nice to have coffee in the AM. It had a small kitchen but we didn’t use it. The bed was comfortable. A drawback for some maybe lugging their suitcases up the narrow staircase to the room. We didn’t have any issues with that. For the price and the location, we would definitely stay here again in the future.
