Can’t beat the location of this place. Walk right over to ski resort and never have to fight for parking. The condo was cozy and well maintained and we loved its clean, modern style. It is an older building, which has its quirks - like the water pressure for instance. But once you figure out how to space out 8 people’s showers, it all works out!
property was clean and kept. Very close to the base of sugar mountain and easy to get to the resort. Would appreciate more dish detergent to manage more than 2 loads of dishes.Property has limited water pressure. Can not run laundry at the same time as some one is showering. Plan laundry cycles accordingly.

Initial impression was that the condo was a well equipped with good layout suitable to our needs. However, throughout our stay a lack of (sometimes zero) water, and water pressure, at any facet, outlet, or appliance detracted from our satisfaction and forced us to alter any dining plans. Showering, bathing and toilet function problematic with minimal or no water flow. We were forced to dine out.I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about something we experienced during our stay. The water pressure throughout the house was very low, and it seemed like the system needed time to refill between uses. A few times the water actually shut off mid-use, which made it difficult to run multiple things or even take back-to-back showers. Some people in our group ended up skipping showers because there simply wasn’t enough water available.Because of this, we weren’t able to run both the washing machine and the dishwasher at checkout as listed in the instructions. We did run the washing machine, but even that cycle didn’t appear to fully refill with water during parts of the wash. The dishwasher is loaded and ready to go — we just didn’t want to risk the water shutting off again or causing another incomplete cycle.I wanted to flag this in case there’s something going on with the pump or water tank that might need attention for future guests. Thanks again for hosting us — we just wanted to be transparent about why we weren’t able to complete both items on the checkout list.
