Could have been more clean their was things in fridge left behind from previous customer,microwave was dirty, shower upstairs had cleaning supplies left behind in shower with the shower floor still dirty. Beautiful home good Interior decor.

This weekend, we had to use a different cleaning company that we had never worked with before because our usual cleaner was not available. We were not happy with the results either, and I want to assure you this was only a temporary situation and will never happen again. We are addressing this immediately to ensure the home is always spotless for every guest moving forward. THE BEST Place I’ve rented thus far! I hate it was only for one night! Absolutely beautiful 3 story with a beautiful spacious layout! Decorated out this world, clean and perfect vibe for any occasion! This will definitely be my go-to when I’m in Houston!!

Not great location (any breakfast option was a 15 min drive), not very clean (one of the pillows was inexplicably wet, floor was very dirty, dishes needed to be washed). Misc random damage (toilet seat was cracked all the way through).Lots of space, safe camera / alarm system and garage

Regarding the location, the home is conveniently situated near NRG Stadium and on the opposite end of downtown Houston. While Houston itself is not a very walkable city compared to others, there are still many great food options and restaurants just a short drive away. I do want to mention that the home was thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay. That said, I take your comments very seriously and will be ensuring my staff triple-checks every cleaning moving forward so that everything is up to the highest standard before each guest arrives. The toilet seat was recently damaged and is already scheduled to be repaired. Thank you again for your feedback , it truly helps me improve. I appreciate you highlighting the spaciousness, garage, and security features as well.

Place was neat and clean and I would highly recommend it. We only stayed for one night but everything seemed to be in a good conditions. There is a bedroom downstairs with the bunk beds and other two bedrooms are on the third floor so keep that in mind if you have aged family members with you. Though bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We had an access to the garage to park our car as well.Check in and check out process was very easy and detailed and owner was responsive to the chat messages.Overall, I would recommend this place if you are visiting Houston with your family and friends.

When we arrived the house looked so modern, with a touch of rustic. The place was clean inside, and had all the amenities. I'm giving a four rating due to having materials[paint,supplies,tools, decor] left in the garage. This doesn't give it a good look. It seemed like this was overlooked or maybe didn’t seem important to the host to clean out? I'm not sure but just being honest.Other than that everything else was fine.

There are some stuff still in the garage due to my construction crew finishing the extension of the drive way and some other things around the house two days ago.
