Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Additional guests beyond 4 require a fee. There is no smoking inside the house or within 10 feet of the entrance. No parties allowed without the owner's approval.
Do not touch deco. This includes art or any decorations in the house.
Any pets that are not reported and approved by the owner will be subject to a fee of up to $500.00
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
