Hello! We have a 2000 sq. ft, bright, newly constructed home in Portland. During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are also three other bedrooms located in the house. The space is ideal for 10 people. Air conditioned and heating. Washer/dryer in unit.


There are 3 bedrooms in this house. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor:
-Bedroom#1 is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, connects to bathroom with the kids. .
-Bedroom#2 has 2 queen-size beds, brand-new mattress, stand up shower and large bathtub in private bathroom.
-Bedroom#3 Kids bedroom with 4 twin beds, brand-new mattress, full bathroom that connects with master bedroom.
-All beds equipped with comfortable/newer mattress.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.

On main level:
-tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-large windows and tall ceilings.
-a half bathroom.
-family room, breakfast nook, laundry room.
-ping pong table and game room in the garage.

Guests have access to the entire house. Feel free to use the kitchen, fridge, garage, washer/dryer at your own discretion. We have amazon stick tv that you can watch prime movies and shows for free, as well as Netflix, Holo, and other channels.

This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home.
This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK.
That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.
