Place had no ac which was fine but no screens to open windows. It is outdated and not as clean as I would like. For the dock, nowhere near the house and hard to find. Outdoor furniture dated, not in best shape and decks had debris everywhere.

Thank you for your comments. The home does have AC, just not central AC. There is a window AC in the living room and keeps the temperature around 68-70 even with 88 degree weather today. The guidebook has clear directions to the dock and there is also a link to Google Maps. As far as the deck, the deck is below a canopy of trees and this guest stayed during a rain storm. Debris is expected. Guest did leave deck door open and ruined the carpet.
