Easy access into Boone (15 mins), Valle Crucis (10 mins) and over to Banner Elk (20 mins). Skiing and Blowing Rock within 25 minutes!



$75 pet fee (typically 1 dog under 50 pounds), more than one dog or a larger dog, please inquire. Our farm animals prefer to be the largest animals on property!



The entire property is yours. Three levels with the upstairs being a private loft King bedroom. Cozy enough for a couple (half of our guests), but enough space for up to 6 guests. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, enjoy the built-in fire pit and hot tub, enjoy our seasonal waterfall and slowed down the farm life! Enjoy your private yard, the acreage housing our animals (donkeys, goats, pig & some ducks/rooster). The animals live off the land, so you are not responsible for caring for the animals, however, should you choose to feed them, we ask only that they eat fruits and vegetables and they will take all the love you want to throw at them. Go right inside their gate! They are simply the sweetest farm animals, but they are animals. If you have a carrot, they will gladly bump over your toddler to get to that carrot! Act responsibly! This cabin is located in the sweet, quiet, farming town of Sugar Grove (think Valle Crucis but even more laid back), a safe space and with year-round easy access (although we have to recommend 4x4 in the winter months!)



Please set aside time to just lounge at this cabin, this is where your family’s mountain memories will be made!



IMPORTANT NOTE: This cabin is NOT related to our resort that is located about 15 minutes away, also in Sugar Grove. This cabin does NOT have access to the resort amenities, but does have its own private petting zoo, hot tub, fireplace, grill and fire pit!
