Private within the property with secure shared parking and small garden and covered outdoor seating. 2 lovely adjoining bedrooms with luxury appointments including A/C, floor heating, USB charging, electric blankets on luxurious King Beds Both rooms have large sliding patio doors and screening opening towards the front garden. There is a small ( cosy) lounge adjoining bedroom one with large format TV, Apple and Google TV for your account viewing. The glass encased kitchen is a travelers functional small format space. To all visitors delight we have a beautiful ultra contemporary en suite with large open plan rain shower as the feature in the room ideal for end of day therapy. Free WiFi, Laundry, Beach Towels. Small House Trained pets are welcome. Don’t forget your Doggie Towels.

Great property easy 1/2 hour walk to Manly ferry, great dog park 5 minutes away. Property is clean and fresh with a comfortable bed. Access for a large car is a bit challenging but achievable
Our travel arrangements were disrupter because of air space being closed and as a result had to find accommodation. Bob was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as described. We would stay again.
Very good in all respects. Comfortable and spacious,very well equipped and up to date with excellent security , we stayed for a month with a warm welcome from owner.Well positioned for swimming beaches in lovely location

We enjoyed our stay. Under floor heating was a bonus in Sydney’s winter. Very comfortable. Large bed rooms. Excellent facilities. Have to be careful backing into driveway with traffic. Great place for pups as on ground floor & nice grass area outside.
Great location - on bus routes and close to water. The beds are large and very comfortable, the shower (wet room) is enormous and the kitchen and living room are practical. We did have some issues with keys and Bob (the landlord) sorted them out. It's a converted garage, so not a traditional layout but it worked for our needs. Entering and leaving the property by car requires concentration! There is free parking in nearby streets. Overall, would recommend.
Used the house for access to middle harbour. Fulfilled that role extremely well. Access via bus to city or Manley extremely easy. Apartment clean, tidy, well designed with great wet room. Directions great and book in/ book out simple. Heartedly recommend
It's nice, but simple things are lacking - a table to eat at, hooks to hang up your towel in the bathroom. We stayed when there was electricity issues so had to use kettle toaster etc on the ground via an extension cord, but was not offered any financial compensation for this

Bob was a very friendly host who was very helpful. Our accomodation - a ground floor flat was well appointed. Lovely and warm with aircon and underfloor heating. Nicely set up for a quick weekend stay. Nice peaceful spot close to everything Manly. The off street parking was on a busy corner which made coming and going a bit daunting. Sadly the upstairs occupants were very noisy and noise insulation between levels was not perfect.

Very uncomfortable chairs (all). We’re in our 70’s. Bathroom was slippery and dangerous after a shower.In our view a very poor design . Terrible spot for a driveway, cars fly up that road. On a positive the beds were very comfortable.

Guest said she was disabled. She wasn’t but really strange they were !! They. Left a mess and personal junk behind for good measure not recommended
mind the instructions on how to find the exact location, first time we had to go back and forth - though the owners explanations were good.
We loved the location and ease to get to main street (Sydney Rd) and walk to Manly.
The shower area is cool - but you do get water all over the place. Got used to it quickly.
Small kitchen had more appliances than we expected.
We needed to turn on the socket for the fridge to work, took a bit to figure out.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, slept great and walked to/from this location easily. Would come back for sure.

Electricity & linen
Property was fine for our purposes. The driveway while welcome is quite dangerous as it is on a hill with a blind corner so only confident drivers should use it. I was informed by the owner on the morning of our check in that the electricity was not working in the kitchen & the electrician hadn’t arrive. He didn’t arrive for 8 days so I’m not sure the owner took the safety risk of the extension cords on the ground seriously. We broke one glass when my mum tripped over the extension cord & left some dirt & blood on a sheet & pillow case. The owner found these infractions to his rules “yucky” & charged us extra for the linen. It was not the greatest experience & having stayed at many holiday rentals this was definitely my worst experience with an owner.
Lovely quiet neighborhood with good access to Manly & beyond
This was a great place to use as a base to explore the greater Sydney area. To get to the Manly ferry is about a 20 minute very pleasant walk, or the 162 bus line is right outside the door. Bob the host lives on the property and was very quick to respond when we had a small issue with our key. The unit itself is ground floor, perhaps a converted garage space, but opens directly onto a largish walled driveway and lawn area, giving good privacy and a good bit of light for the bedrooms.
