The property offers 2 separate living areas and a spacious screened porch to host your entire group with ease. Fairfield Bay offers Great golf and miles of ATV trails. Plenty of parking for your boat or other toys. There is a pool pass in the information binder. It allows for discounts at various places in the resort.

while you cannot use the boat dock. you may beach or tie your boat to a tree and leave it overnight so that you dont have to pull it out of the water.
