House details:
This 2800 sq. ft. home was built to entertain groups. It's located on beautiful Sabin Lake and sits directly across the lake from the top rated Legends Golf Course. Shallow water, sandy lake bottom, great for kids.

The main floor consists of the mudroom with front load washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen (crock pot, blender, waffle maker etc), large center island and table, living room with TV and gas fireplace. The master suite has a queen bed, TV, double sinks, large shower and bathtub. The 2nd bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and is next to the bathroom that has a shower/tub.

The downstairs consists of a large family room with comfy sectional couch. A 60' TV w/ sound bar is great for watching sports and movies. There is a walk up bar area with a sink and another full size fridge with freezer so you have plenty of room for food/drinks. Bedroom 3 is on this lower level and has a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 is a custom built bunk room that has 2 twin beds over 2 full beds. There is a large full bathroom on this level with double sinks, bath/shower combo.

There is a deck off the upstairs dining area with a gas grill and sitting area. Walk down the steps to a large patio with 2 tables, chairs, fire pit and nice gradual slope to the lake.

Enjoy the use of our paddle boat, 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks and explore beautiful Sabin Lake. Our lake shore is sandy and gradual slope so it is perfect for kids. The lake shore is the main reason we bought this lot! Fish or just hang out on the dock. We have lots of sand toys, floaties, life jackets for you to use.

There are hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails just across the street. The trails offer a dynamic path along the streams and large forested areas. The trails connect to the well known Mesabi Trail (which runs from Grand Rapids to Ely).
