Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all linens from the beds that were used and start one load of laundry. Do not make any beds. Place all used towels in the bathroom floor. Start the dishwasher if any dishes were used.
Dispose of trash in the outdoor bins located inside the garage. Double-check that all windows and doors are locked.
Return thermostat to 76 degrees during the warm months and 66 degrees during the cool months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
