About Amelia
This property is ownd by a retired CPA who wanted to be a musician all of her life. She retired and signed up for guitar lessons and now plays at local restaurants and events in the St. Louis area where she enjoys being close to her children and grandchildren! There is an old guitar in the unit, feel free to play it if you like. I even encourage you to let your children play, I just ask that you supervise the young ones!

Why Amelia chose Silvercreek
I purchased this property because I have been coming here with my family since 1986, when it was built. At that time the ski resort was called Silver Creek, the name was later changed to Sol Vista and is now called Ski Granby Ranch. My children learned to ski there! I always loved the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park where almost every summer we come out for a family hiking trip. Every year I spent there I wished I could own a unit at Mountainside. Now that I am retired I decided there was no time better than the present!
What makes this Condo unique
I chose this unit at Mountainside because of its proximity to the ski slope. This is a corner unit with lots of light, a view of the ski slope and lift and easy ski-in ski-out access!
