Located right on the ATV and snowmobile trail system, this beautiful home is the perfect destination for some family fun! Our home away from home- 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space to relax after a day on the trails. We have a large wrap around driveway with plenty of space for multiple vehicles, trailers and ATVs. Located within a mile of several dining establishments & bars, this is the perfect haven for off-road enthusiasts and lake-goers alike.
The space
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, spacious living room and dining area. Can sleep up to 10 guests. One king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds and a full size futon. Wrap around driveway and ample trailer parking to accommodate all vehicle types and seasonal machines. We have an outdoor patio, grill and fire pit area for guests to enjoy!

Even though Lewis county isn't very big, it has a lot to offer! Amazing ATV & snowmobile trails, home to the beautiful Brittingham lake, multiple golf courses, many local restaurants. Come check it out & spend your next vacation here!

Why they chose this property

We love this small, quiet neighborhood located right on the edge of the Adirondacks. Not too far away from the town of Lowville, many local attractions and most importantly right off the ATV & snowmobile trails. There is so much to do within just a few miles of this house including biking, golfing, boating, ATV riding and dining at local restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our single story home is in the PERFECT location to access the trail system here in Brantingham. Its directly across the road! It offers a spacious driveway, spacious yard for relaxing and hanging out and plenty of room indoors to meet the needs of a large group.
