Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in our well-maintained basement suite. Located just off Highway 1, it offers easy access to major routes and is about a 13-minute drive (6 km) to a shopping center with dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The suite features two spacious bedrooms with comfortable bedding, a sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a cozy living area to relax after a long day. A private entrance ensures a quiet and independent stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire secondary suite, with no indoor shared spaces. The suite features a separate, private entrance with a keypad lock. A unique access code will be provided one day before check-in. You will enjoy a comfortable, quiet, and fully private space throughout your stay, with complete independence and privacy.

The hosts value your privacy and will not have regular contact with guests. If we happen to meet, we’ll be happy to say hello. Should you need any assistance during your stay, we are always available and ready to help. Our goal is to give you a comfortable, independent stay while ensuring support is there whenever you need it.

Please be aware that you will have exclusive access to this guest suite. The upstairs is occupied by other residents. This suite has a private, separate entrance and no shared indoor spaces. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No parties, pets, or smoking. If you have visitors, please ensure the total number of people on the property does not exceed 6, as required by city bylaw.

Great little space with room for everyone

We found this cozy, 2 bedroom to be the perfect launching pad for our conference nearby and our adventures in Vancouver. It had spaces for each of our 3 teens to sleep and my husband and I as well. The hosts were very kind and helpful.
