The Space

Step inside to nearly 4,000 sq ft of open, light-filled living space blending comfort and sophistication. The main living room features vaulted ceilings, plush seating, and a TV — perfect for cozy nights in. A second entertainment lounge downstairs invites movie nights and family gatherings. There`s also a 3rd small `Living Room` downstairs as well with two very comfortable armchairs and a TV..

Bedrooms

• Primary Suite (Main Level) – King bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub & walk-in shower, private balcony with panoramic Thunder Mountain views, and smart TV.
• Bedroom 2 (Main Level) – King bed, ample storage, and smart TV. Just next to it on the hallway located the full bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) – King bed with sliding door access to the patio and backyard.
• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) – Two Twin beds and smart TV — perfect for kids or friends.
• Additional two twin sized pull-out beds in the bonus living area for flexible sleeping arrangements.
•Third full bathroom located on the lower level as well.

Kitchen & Dining

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream — quartz countertops, Bosch stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, and all cookware essentials. Gather around the elegant dining table or take your meal outside to the deck for fresh air and red rock views.

Wellness & Relaxation & Outdoor Living

Find your calm in the private yoga and meditation room, unwind in the 6-person hot tub, or gather by one of several fire tables for a glass of wine beneath Sedona’s famous night sky.

Your backyard oasis features a private pitch & putt golf course, cornhole area, and multiple seating zones framed by red rock vistas. Enjoy morning coffee on the upper deck, grill lunch with friends, and end your day around the fire pit watching the sky turn pink over the cliffs.

We are not located on site but are available as needed.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood where it is common to see javelinas and deer in the yard. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the SCENERY in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance. There`s also Amitabha Supa and Peace park located near.

A car is highly recommended while traveling to Sedona since Uber/Lyft is not readily available in this area.

Up to 2 small dogs or 1 medium sized dog are welcome with an additional fee of $100 per pet.

Absolutely no smoking indoors – $1500 minimum fee for deodorization.
