Dreaming of your wedding on the most beautiful beach in the world? Your dreams will come true in Beach House 30A. Set directly on Dune Allen Beach, Beach House 30A serves all of your wedding needs and desires, from the wedding ceremony to accommodating your wedding guests. This spacious ten- bedroom and ten-bathroom beach house can also be divided into 3 separate rentals providing 2 four-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit, each unit with its own entrance and beach access. You and your guests will love sharing this very special time in your life together on the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Beach House 30A.

*Additional $200 non-refundable pet fee

--> 7 night min during spring break and summer (Saturday - Saturday)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good with the exception of the crowd encroachment from the nearby public beach with frequent trespassers on our private beach leading to confrontations and folds refusing to leave, even when asked nicely. This highly detracts from our enjoyment of the vacation. otherwise, all was good, as usual.

Graduation Getaway

The property fit our family dynamic to a tee. Two of our children, who are married, have children of their own so they each had a private floor where they could chill for a bit when the little ones needed rest time. Our other two married children are childless and we all had a floor to ourselves. We utilized the second floor as the main hub for all our family activities. Upon departure, each family unit voted to do it again next year.

My husband and I came here for our wedding and we immediately noticed that it was not going to be clean throughout. There was a lot of damaging upon our arrival and roaches/bugs throughout the house. 0/10 recommend!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house was the perfect spot to celebrate my 50th birthday with a large group of girlfriends! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. Parking was never an issue, even with multiple cars, which made things so easy for our group.The layout of the house was ideal for both gathering together and having our own space when we wanted it. Each floor has its own living room and kitchen, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The best part was that every bedroom has its own private bathroom—such a luxury when traveling with a large group of women. It made getting ready for dinners and nights out a breeze!On top of the house itself being amazing, the service was just as wonderful. Shari with Dune Allen Realty was fabulous to work with—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.We had the best time making memories here, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate such a milestone birthday. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Amazing house, amazing view!!

I absolutely LOVED this house. I had always dreamed of having a beach wedding, and this was the perfect place to have it. We live in Georgia and had family coming from Kansas and Michigan, so it was a destination wedding. The wedding was on the 5th of November. We had our ceremony close to the beach, and the reception at the bottom of the house. It was just amazing. Everything is so close by, Walmart, shopping outlets, chick fil a, restaurants, Home Depot. It is a peaceful community, the beach is very clean and private. We had a little issue with the elevator but management was very helpful and fixed it. am very thankful to the management, they were very sweet and helpful! Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this house!
