The property is accurately represented in the listing photos and is a nice home overall. The backyard is definitely the highlight and made for a great place to relax.That said, as frequent VRBO renters, we felt some of the basics didn’t match the price point. The beds were extremely soft (almost like a waterbed), and the linens, towels, and kitchen setup were fairly minimal. There weren’t many extras - only a few towels, limited kitchen towels, and the utensils felt a bit like a starter set that had seen better days.The home was generally clean, though the refrigerator could have used more attention. There is some visible wear and tear, but nothing that impacted our stay significantly.Overall, it served as a good home base for our five days in Arizona, but a few upgrades to comfort and kitchen provisions would really elevate the experience.
