Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you remove all left over food. Any super cleaning of fridge will be an extra $ 20.00 charge
Gather towels put in the bath tubs or shower area as to not leave damp towels on the floor please. Spray showered after use. On the downstairs shower Squeegy glass please
If dogs present- clean up poo, and no digging. Use easy vacuum for shedding, no dogs on the bed ( if need to use dog blankets provided) if I pick up poo and extra $50
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great amenities and would be a perfect place to hang out back and grill or smoke some meat when the weather is nice! Host was easy to contact for minor issue which was resolved quickly. The house is older with creaky floors but everything was great and we have nothing to complain about. Giant TV in the basement which is a great hangout spot away from the main living room.
