The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please throw away any leftovers or near-date perishable items in the fridge. You can leave sauces, condiments, and non-perishable items.
Please strip the beds and gather all towels. If you can, make three separate piles—sheets, bedding, and towels—in one of the bedrooms.
Upon departure, have the thermostat set for 75 cool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a wonderul place. My family and I loved this house. I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time in AZ. The house had everything you could want and was much nicer than expected. My two boys only got to enjoy it for a day because of their sports camps, but they took advantage of the hot tub and putting green. The hosts were always available to assist if we had any questions. Would definitely book again.
