PROS;The house is well designed and beautifully furnished.The view is spectacular.The appliances, furnishings, etc. are in great shape.We enjoyed using the ping pong and pool table.It's clean.The CONS:If you cannot sleep in daylight, this is not the place for you. The shades are see-through and let in the daylight.The downstairs is cold in the winter, with only floor heating which the owner wants to keep at a low temperature.Communication with the owner can be problematic. We were given the wrong door code. Mistakes can happen, but we had much difficulty reaching the owners to obtain the correct code. While standing in the cold outside the door or huddled with the car heater, we called them repeatedly, left several voice messages, and texted both of them about the problem. It took what we felt was an unreasonable amount of time to reach them, despite telling them what time we would arrive.

Just read your review. So Sad that you left a very negative reviews. We have a central heat which means even the 1st floor is the same temperature controlled as up stairs ( up stairs thermostat controls The whole house).On Top of that we have extra floor heating as an option. It has a purpose for floor heating set as certain temperature. If it gets too high, it mess up the central heat as the whole. When I got to the house, the downstairs and upstairs felt like sauna. ( the floor heat has been recommended to set up like that from previous owner who built the house, the note by floor heat is written by them) So sorry about the code for check in. ( one mistake should not lead to the whole communication) We had a family emergency as I mentioned. We were saying Goodbye to my husband’s dying father on death bed. We have been in -------- business for many years. All 5 stars.I never had a problem with communication with guests. We just added vrbo. Your review leads to a complete misunderstanding our place and about how I communicate.
