Perfect weekend getaway for 3 generations

The house is beautiful and made us want to live there forever! The beach is one of the prettiest I have ever seen and even without the warmest temps we were able to spend a lot of time walking it and throwing around a football!

What a spectacular spot! The house is lovely and nicely furnished, with an open and spacious living room and dining area. Beautiful views of the water and sunrise. Short distance from town but we felt miles away looking at the ocean!! Highly recommend!

Short walk to best beach

The best part of our stay was that the house was a very short walk to the best beach on the island, enabling us to take many trips back and forth required by the children.

Family Get Together

We enjoyed this rental for a brief family get-together. Our group was 7 adults and an infant. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the main floor is terrific!

Our family was very fortunate to spend the week in the wonderful beach home!! My daughter got engaged on the beach, which made the week even more special!! The home has tremendous views up and down the beach and especially from 2nd floor area with the living, dining, and kitchen area with a nice deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a family and were larger than expected. The owner, Kim, was oustanding in terms of communication and making our vacation oustanding!!

Block Island Beach House

We loved the house, the views, the beach, the location, and our stay on BI. Well stocked house with many thoughtful touches and beautiful decor. I loved the little sitting area on the front porch where we all found time to read. Highly recommended!

A Little Bit of Heaven !

The three rules of real estate: location, location, location !!If you love the beach and easy access to the beach, this is perfect ! No getting in the car, no finding a parking space - simply walk down "the magic pathway" and you're on the best beach on Block Island ! The neighborhood is family friendly and away from the busyness of town. I can't imagine how anyone would not enjoy this property !

The best house on the island!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. Not only do you have the most stunning beach just footsteps away but the house is clean, spacious, and organized. Kim was so lovely to speak with and was so accommodating and welcoming. We will 10000% be back in the future!

Long Weekend in Block Island

We rented this lovely property to attend a family wedding at Sullivan House. It was conveniently located to all wedding activities and town. The host was very communicative and helped calm our nerves as we dealt with travel and Hurricane Lee. It turned out to be a lovely weekend.
