- 1950’s completely renovated beach house
- 3 bedrooms, 5 beds to sleep 8 guests
- 2 bathrooms
- Air conditioning to living area
- Ceiling fans to all bedrooms and Living room
- BBQ and outdoor setting
- Washer and Dryer
- All linen is provided except beach towels
- 400 metres to Town beach (patrolled)
- 300 m to restaurants and bowling club, takeaway options
- 900 metres to the CBD.

Please Note:
- Evidence of pets inside ie. pet hair will incur $100 cleaning fee.
- No partying allowed and the neighbours must be respected.

- Parking is in the driveway (path is not to be blocked) and no parking on grass

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay in PM in the Beach House. It was beautiful & clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. We got caught up in the east coast flooding and Cass the owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend this home as a delightful place to stay.

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to beach, town & shopping. The property was immaculate with everything provided. Would definitely stay again for future visits to Port Macquarie.

We loved our stay at the Boathouse. It’s a great location—close enough to the beach and Cafes etc, yet far enough from the crowds of the town. The property is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. Cass was incredibly accommodating, making our experience even better. We’d definitely stay here again!"

The Boatshed was a great place to stay for a family or a few adults. Has everything you could need and very comfy beds. Cass was great to deal with, would definitely recommend staying at the Boatshed.

The boat shed

This property was well equiped with everything you would need for a comfy stay. Not far to beach or pool in fact the restaurants werw close as well as the pancake place, which also does lovely crepes, would stay there again no problem. Cass the property owner is very helpful as well. Great place.

The Perfect Base

Neat, tidy, well presented property in a quiet and convenient location. Easy walk to the beach and, town centre. Secure back yard for pets. Ample parking for boat and car. Everything you need for a family getaway, perfect!

Convenient Location

The Boatshed was an excellent place for us to stay with our friends for a weekend getaway. 2 blocks from shops/beach/church. We were able to walk to all locations, so did not need to use the car once we had arrived. The accommodation itself was clean, and contained all the essentials: linen/towels/fully equipped kitchen. The listing was very accurate. Self check-in was easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Christmas Holiday 2024

Great location, house was a short walk to town and beach- loved walking along the iconic break wall whilst watching the dolphins. Plenty of fishing- loads of great spots!We dined at the bowling club-the meals were to rave over! (The Lamb Saddle was amazing!)Had all the comforts of home. Quite area with large back area to dine. We were able to prep meals and take time out before exploring beautiful Port Macquarie yet again. Great place to stay at Port! Locals were extremely friendly. We will be returning. Thanks Cass!!!

Perfect Base for a Family Holiday

The Boat Shed is the perfect place to base yourself for a family holiday, with all the comforts of home, room to park the boat and a back yard for the dog. We were able to walk to the beach, skate park, restaurants, cafes and for ice cream. Plenty of room for bikes, surf boards, skate boards all the holiday "stuff" with easy access and no stairs! Highly recommend. This was our second stay at the Boat Shed and it is our choice of accommodation when in Port Mac.

We are a long time local family of Port Macquarie who love to renovate and build houses together. For years our family ran the local marine centre and this is why our Port Macquarie holiday house names include:
'Boathouse by the Beach'
'Boatshed by the Sea'
'Barefoot Boathouse'.
We also have ‘Happy Days Beach Shack’ from the Happy Days we’ve had holidaying together. We love boating so we are never far from the water ourselves. We hope you enjoy staying in our properties which have been chosen for their ideal location to the water!
