Unwind in 117 acres of private, manicured woodlands and soak up the sun at your own pool and spa, this exclusive retreat has it all. Owl Moon Ranch is the ultimate in privacy and includes both "The Main House & Pool" + "The Coach House". We are close enough to escape for a day-trip but far enough to get lost in nature.

The bedrooms feature a king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and a futon for a restful night's sleep. With 3 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub and a shower, guests can relax and unwind. The estate also offers 2 additional living spaces with sofa beds for extra comfort. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for real ranch living in the countryside. The house is as pictured, beautiful with amazing views. It was perfect for our two children and we were easily able to host their friends in the bunk room with privacy for their parents in the bunk house. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and provided a spot for guest activities. There isn't only a gas grill but also griddle present. Everything that we could have thought of needing was present somewhere in the house. It was very well stocked with coffee, condiments, and all of the appliances, pots and pans, etc. that we could imagine. It's very clear that this property is loved and used by the owner's family.Every day provided a unique experience of country living with deer, pigs, a fox, coyotes, and many different kinds of birds. It is unspoiled paradise with gardens and orchards of various types of crop. It was a delight to experience new parts of this 117 acre property every day.It is a beautiful 13 minute drive down a well maintained asphalt road past other ranches and vineyards to get to the town of Hopland with some surprisingly good restaurants. And the almost one mile gravel road provides the privacy one would expect with a property of this size and grandeur.The owner was responsive to all of our needs within hours. While he lives a while away, he was very helpful and came to the property twice to help us both with orientation and resolving issues that arose.

Hopland is a small town in Mendocino County, California, known for its wine industry, tasting rooms, and small-town charm. Located on Highway 101, it's a popular destination for wine enthusiasts, featuring numerous wineries and a strong community feel. The town was founded in 1874 and originally named for its primary crop, hops, though today it is more widely known for premium wine grapes.

Wine country: Hopland boasts over a dozen tasting rooms and wineries, including Campovida and Fetzer Vineyards.

Small-town charm: It offers a friendly, quiet atmosphere with local shops and restaurants.
