Imóvel extremamente limpo com exceção do Ofurô. Toda a estrutura é muito boa. O nosso contato sempre nos atendeu prontamente de forma rápida, nos auxiliando com senha de wifi, etc. Nos foi disponibilizado 2 caixas térmicas box grandes para auxiliar com bebidas geladas, algo que foi fundamental para nosso período, visto ter apenas uma única geladeira no imóvel. Todos at condicionados funcionando perfeitamente, exceto o da sala superior. Pequenas manutenções são necessárias como : interruptores de luz, resistência de chuveiro, ralo entupido, resistência do forno queimada, porém nenhuma delas comprometeu significativamente o passeio ou até nem comprometeram... O ponto mais comprometeu foi o fechamento da sacada com vidros e esquadrias, muito inteligente e funcional o projeto, porém necessita de manutenção para não comprometer a segurança das pessoas ao redor. O condomínio é bem organizado e rígido, bem diferente de outros que já fiquei na região. Tenho um parente que mora próximo e em um dos dias ele estava passeando de bicicleta com seu filho e tentou nos visitar. Não foi permitido sei acesso e tive que recebe-lo na calçada. Não questino a regra em si, mas sim eu não ter conhecimento dela antecipadamente. Acima deixei os detalhes...porém reforço que a estadia foi excelente, com nota 9 de 10...de forma geral. Recomendo.
