The property features three spacious bedrooms, a loft, and three baths, all within a beautifully crafted space that combines rustic charm with modern amenities.
Outside, enjoy the expansive deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation, as well as the private dock for swimming, fishing, or boating. Surrounded by lush forest and just minutes from Crosslake, Sunset Serenity offers easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and snowmobiling. Whether you're looking to explore the natural beauty of Northern Minnesota or simply unwind by the water, Sunset Serenity on Kego Lake provides the perfect setting for your next vacation.
Short-Term Rental House Rules
1. Quiet Hours – The use and enjoyment for all property owners is important to us. Please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday; and 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM, Friday and Saturday.
2. Parking information – We all need to do our part to not impede emergency responder’s duties. Parking cannot restrict access by emergency vehicles or the traveling public, and cannot encroach neighboring properties.
3. Garbage – Help keep our area beautiful for all to enjoy. Garbage, refuse, or recycling must be stored completely enclosed within designated refuse containers.
4. Septic – Please help us protect our environment. If you observe raw septage leaking or seeping out of the ground contact us immediately
5. Protect our Lakes – Help us keep our lakes clean and free of Aquatic Invasive Species. Please review all AIS material provided prior to launching any watercraft.
We want you to enjoy your stay here in Crosslake. Please be aware that these are the most common complaints to which our law enforcement agencies must respond. Following these simple courtesies will make your visit more enjoyable for everyone.
If any guest violates the house rules by causing disturbances to neighbors, damages to the property including personal items and fixtures, the entire security deposit shall be forfeited.
No pets allowed. All guests are required to complete a booking confirmation form and sign a rental agreement upon placing the reservation. Terms and conditions in the rental agreement shall supersede everything in the listing unless agreed upon otherwise.

• 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in.
