Enjoy a relaxing beach retreat in this nicely furnished and well taken care of 3br/2 1/2 bath townhouse unit.
Located just a short walk to the beach and beautiful sunrises and sunset on each side of the island, you cannot ask for a better location!
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, living room and 1/2 bath with washer and dryer on the 1st floor.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
Outdoor pool on the property (shared with neighboring unit guests and owners).
Ocean City skate park, basketball park and kiddie playground just across the street along with the bayside boardwalk and beautiful views of Rt 50 drawbridge.
Dogs are accepted for a small fee and you have plenty of green areas to walk them around.
Owner provides the sheets for your convenience.

Vacation stay

The pictures of the condo were deceiving. The place was not clean. A lot of things needed to be updated (ex. Couch, beds, etc.). Maintenance items needed to be done (railing was broken, steps loose, drain in shower broken, etc).

Just satisfactory

Location was perfect. Check in and out poorly communicated. Linen left on steppes in bags and not even folded some of it.TVs not working.pool was good but not even touch of shade.overall experience so so,just ok,nothing special

Great for familes

This property is perfect for large families. We took our 7 kids and 3 adults so totale 10 people and we all were very comfortable. Perfect location!

Close to beach

This property is within walking distance of the OC Boardwalk and many local restaurants + attractions! Our family of 5 enjoyed our time at the property & OCMD.

Memorial Day Weekend in Ocean City

We were relocated to the Buffet House 45 which was an excellent location only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The new location accommodated our group perfectly and because we were relocated to a different condo on short notice we were offered an additional night at no cost. We would definitely rent again.
