The host was unresponsive! I do not speak English and have to translate so I had issues with check-in but the host would not call me back or respond to messages!! Thankfully the front desk agent helped me. Then, I checked out at 9AM and returned my key fob to the front desk agent because they were helping me with the process. I get an email from the host stating that I did not check out until 2PM and she was charging me for another day! Couldn't reach out to me when I needed help but quick to tell me you'll charge me extra even though I was already gone. WORST HOST EVER. Amazing building. But never again with this unresponsive and rude host.

Regarding checkout, our team was initially unable to locate the key fob after the 11:00 AM checkout time, which prompted a message regarding a potential late checkout. Once you informed us that the fob had been left with the front desk, we were able to clarify the situation. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve communication and the guest experience for all travelers.
