Helpful host but misleading photos

The host was helpful and welcoming (left welcome items on arrival) but we were disappointed with the apartment because our expectations had been raised by the photos and description. There's not really a balcony, the photo is actually the entrance to the apartment (so you couldn't really sit there). There is not a double bed, only sofa beds that you have to make up yourself. The distance to town is about 30 minutes walk which is doable but if you have kids you might need to take an Uber to go back and forth given the heat (about 35 kn and much cheaper than other taxis). There are very steep steps to get to the apartment so not accessible. Not a dreadful experience (and we LOVED Dubrovnik) but we were disappointed given what we were hoping for. That said, we're not sure how this compares to other apartments in Dubrovnik.
