Host had amazing responsiveness, had a stay booked that got damaged and canceled, from messaging about being able to check in early to booking took less than a half hour two days prior. Cute little cottage tucked away from the road, only downside is the noted short time that you have hot water, but very easy to plan around

Thank you for your feedback. Although we did advise a "Hot Water Disclaimer" in our Pre-listing description and Welcome message, it is something we will make sure to improve for future stays. We appreciate your stay and positive review! "Hot water disclaimer for future guest"- Hot Water Disclaimer: "Our tiny house has a hot water tank designed specifically for a tiny home, so it doesn't provide continuous hot water like a larger tank in a standard home. Typically, you'll have about 8-10 minutes of hot water at a time before it needs a few minutes to reheat."

Very nice. No stove but they provide a single portable burner which worked well. To get to the tiny home theres a steep hill and steps with uneven pavers which wasn’t a problem but could be for others with medical problems. Wifi went out on us but host got it back up and running after 5 minutes. Shower also stopped working while we were using the sink. Only big problem was the area. Very sketchy, and my husband claimed to hear gunshots on our first night.

We appreciate you mentioning the path and shower issue, which is something we haven’t experienced before, however, we’ll continue working to improve the guest experience. While we can’t control the surrounding area, we do work hard to keep our property clean, safe, and protected with multiple cameras and security systems for our guests’ peace of mind.
