Welcome to the Hawthorne House, our award-winning 3 bed, 3 bath home which features a main house plus a separate casita. Enjoy forestside privacy just a short walk from Shell Beach, the Seal Sanctuary, and Sea Ranch’s only playground.

We are ideally located in Central Sea Ranch - close to the best sights and a short 5 min drive from Gualala for anything you might need.

The backyard is almost completely secluded—a true rarity on this side of Highway 1—surrounded by forest and designed for relaxation. Enjoy ocean views from the rocking chairs, outdoor dining set, or while cooking on the grill.

We have brand new stainless steel appliances: LG dishwasher and LG washer/dryer unit. Our kitchen boasts the best coffee making: Breville Espresso Machine, Fellow Coffee Maker and Fellow Kettle.

Our home is a winner of the 1998 Sea Ranch Design Award.

PLEASE NOTE: Our wood-burning fireplace is currently out of order while it gets serviced. The gas fireplace is fully functional.

Please leave rec passes and parking hang tags in the green bowl by the front door. We charge $65 per pass for lost passes!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
