Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Checkout is at 11 AM. Leave keys where found. Turn off AC, heat, TVs, and all lights. Place all used towels and washcloths in the laundry bin. Leave linens on the bed.
Trash can go in the bin by your door 5–9 PM, or use the 1st-floor dumpster near the garage. Otherwise leave it in the utility closet. Only one trash bag should remain inside the unit.
Wash and put away dishes; rinse before using the dishwasher. Empty bathroom trash. Sweep crumbs, wipe surfaces, and clear fridge/freezer. Extra mess may result in a cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
