Grove Holly was a beautiful building and beautiful pools

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. We stayed in Grove Holly and it was a very nice place with great pools and a lazy river. The only issue was that the buildings are not insulated between the floors and you could hear everyone walking above. The people above us had a toddler and it sounded like a Clydesdale running around late at night and very early in the morning.

Expected more for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with a group who rented about 10 units in the HG building. They all have different owners so they are all furnished/decorated/stocked differently. Ours was very basic. Some were nicer. Ours had several maintenance issues (faucet was loose, exhaust fans inoperable, some other general repairs). Maintenance did come by the same day we called, but nothing was fixed before we left. Front office was tough to get ahold of 9-5 (long waits on-hold/disconnected) and after hours took a little while to get a call back. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Cleaners did an OK job (found makeup stains on pillows and even a pair with of dirty undies left by the previous guest). Amenities (pool, lazy river, pavilion) were awesome! Parking by the building was great. Parking by the beach was confusing (we actually got towed while on property without warning!). Location was great for what we planned that week. Overall, not bad...but we expected more from a new property at this price point.

Sorry to hear you got towed. The parking passes allow for specific parking areas while on Seascape. If you park in another buildings lot to go to the beach, they will tow. We agree theses HOA's should give out warnings

Amazing new condos!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a little confusing to get to the condos since there was construction in the property and there was a truck blocking the way in. But we took advantage that we missed the street there to drive around the property and look for the pickleball courts. The courts were not great and there wasn't any one really playing there, which was disappointing since it was something we were looking forward to enjoying during our vacation. The condo was amazing, quiet, very clean and in perfect condition. Great views to the pool and lazy river. Over all the stay was great, the only thing was the elevator. Since we were in the 2nd floor the button to call the elevator wasn't working and you could hear where it was skipping that floor, it was only when we were going down when we had that problem, when we were at the pool or going up it worked fine.

Thank you for sharing your experience, The Grove and the new road design are complete. Only the final landscaping is being installed. The elevator landing in the 2nd floor did go out just before your arrival and the elevator company had to order a new motherboard.
