While the home itself is beautiful, our stay was marred by deceptive advertising and a management company that expects guests to act as their unpaid maintenance staff. The listing title and description advertised the community pool as a key feature with "no hidden fees." However, the manual sent 24 hours before arrival revealed a large additional daily charge for the community pool use. There are TVs in every bedroom, but none have cable access and only one has smart features, rendering them useless. When reported, management tried to get us to troubleshoot and call the internet provider ourselves. Even after we refused and they promised a technician would visit while we were out, nothing was ever fixed. There is also no PS3 or surround sound system as advertised in the listing. The living room couches are covered in cheap universal slipcovers, and the bath towels are incredibly thin, low-quality items. The management was responsive until we asked for a resolution regarding the missing amenities and undisclosed fees. Once we checked out, they went silent. This is a nice property being run by bad management. Beware of the "hidden" daily costs and be prepared to do your own maintenance if you stay here.
